The tenderloin is cut into large pieces of meat about 1cm thick.
Mix the seasonings other than cumin and chili powder, marinate the meat, and finally put the starch into it for a while.
Properly marinate for 30 minutes, spread the sliced meat on the foil of the baking tray, sprinkle the cumin and chili powder evenly on the surface, preheat the oven 160 degrees and put it into the baking tray.
