Today's grilled squid, flavored close to Japanese-style honey-boiled squid, is super simple. Don't worry about not buying the so-called genuine grilled squid juice, you can easily deploy it at home~~
The squid is cleaned of the internal organs, and after removing the head and tail, the fish is sliced with fish bones, cut into suitable sections, and added with rice wine, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, ginger or ginger for more than 30 minutes.
Place the baking sheet on tin foil (mist side up), sweep a layer of cooking oil to prevent sticking, and arrange the marinated squid pieces. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, first bake for 10 minutes, then remove the noodles, brush with a layer of marinated fish sauce, and sprinkle with a small amount of white sesame seeds and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
This is a super simple oven dish, perfect for summer operation, no fumes. If you don't have an oven at home, you can put a little oil in the pot and fry the marinated fish.
