Lunch is also a day off. A simple, healthy and delicious lunch is more suitable. Chicken breasts penetrate into the bread of chicken sauce, even those who never eat vegetables can swept a light. Tips: 1 ⃣ All one and half are 2:1 relationship. For example, if a large spoonful of soy sauce is one serving, half a spoonful of white sugar will be half. More chicken will be put more, like salty can also put more. 2⃣ I have used chicken breasts and used chicken and also used boneless legs. 3 ⃣ The middle of the vegetables can be placed freely, and the leftovers in the refrigerator are all solved. 4 ⃣ Italian sauce to buy onions in the inside will be better. 5⃣ All my materials are available in supermarkets in the United States, and kroger can solve them all.
Slice the chicken breasts and cut into squares. (The size of the chicken depends on how big your bread is)
Put all the spices and chicken in the bowl.
Have a good massage!
Seal it and put it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours! (24 hours is the perfect, one night is OK. You can do more at once, put it in the freezer for a few more days.)
Place the chicken breast on the foil and bake it in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. (In fact, the chicken is thawed and the juice is baked.) If it is refrigerated, this step is not needed.
Take it out of the oven and pull the garlic out. Spread the chicken on the tin foil.
Put it in the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, bake for 30 minutes on the front and then for 30 minutes. Until the chicken is slightly dry, don't look wet.
Cut the bread into squares larger than the chicken, spread the vegetables and cheese and chicken breast. (pictured) I use a small circle and I don't have to cut it!
Wrap it in foil and put it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 or 8 minutes.
Open it and enjoy it! If you are at work, you can take the school unit to roast or microwave for a minute and a half. (Do not use tin foil in the microwave oven!)
1⃣️ Use boneless chicken legs to be tenderer. 2 The time of roasting can be changed according to the size of the meat.
