Wash the potatoes and peel them.
Wash and peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Put the oil in the wok and heat it to the chopped green onion.
Stir in the potato chips and stir fry until the potatoes are cooked. Add a small amount of soy sauce and stir well.
Stir in the tomato pieces, add salt and chicken and stir well before the pan.
I prefer the potatoes to soft and rotten in this dish, so wait until the potato pieces are cooked and then put the tomatoes. If you like the potatoes to be crispy, you can put the tomatoes earlier. You can also cut some garlic slices and add them when you get out of the pan. The taste is not bad. You can try it if you like.
