A simple dish of simple dishes. Stir-fried carrots are not enough flavor, add some garlic to taste.
The carrots were peeled and washed, and then cut into pieces. The garlic seeds were washed and cut into sections, and the white roots were cut obliquely into pieces.
Heat the oil in the pot, sauté the pepper, stir fry the carrots, and then add the water that has not been carrots. Cover the lid and simmer in the heat until the water is basically dry.
Stir fry the garlic seedlings together, add salt and stir well.
