  1. Cut the tofu, the size can be based on personal preference, I cut the square about 2cm

  2. Mushroom and carrot diced

  3. Put a little Spanish olive oil in the pot

  4. After the oil is hot, add mushrooms and carrots and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Pour the broth into the boil and add the tofu cubes.

  6. Cook for about 5 minutes, season with salt and oyster sauce

Tips:

1. The combination of tofu and shiitake mushrooms is very delicious. It can also be paired with rapeseed or peas to make the nutrition richer and more delicious. I didn't buy peas. Rape has just been done similarly some time ago and I don't want to repeat it; 2, the tofu in this dish is best to use South tofu, I did not buy the South tofu, the North tofu used; 3, when the tofu stir fry, it is easy to break, especially the South tofu. Generally, if you cook such a dish, you can pour the broth first, then pour in the tofu, cook it for a few minutes, and do not need to over-cook it, and Mapo tofu is the same; 4, you can also first boil the tofu with salt water, remove the smell of beans, increase toughness; 5, there is also a way to use the tofu first fried, you can choose according to people's preferences.
