Wash the pork and cut into silk. Marinated with soy sauce, raw flour, tender meat powder.
Peel the eggplant and cut into strips. After marinate for 10 minutes, squeeze out the black water.
Ginger peeled and cut into ginger. Cut the green onions.
Boil the boiled water in the pan, add the ginger and scallion, and pour in the pork.
Stir fry for about 10 minutes, add eggplant stir fry.
Season with salt.
