For four people, one person and one bowl are not wasted.
Peel the duck meat into cubes, use a casserole, put in the amount of six bowls of water, then add the duck, tea tree mushroom, ginger, boil over low heat for an hour!
I used my own soup to peel the hind legs, so that it was not so greasy. The oil on the picture was peeled. I can't imagine that it would be oily without peeling!
