Squid dried and rinsed in cold water for 3-4 hours or more (overnight)
After the dried squid is completely removed, remove the impurities such as white bones, eyeballs, mouth and other impurities in the middle and cut into strips. (Do not pour off the water of the foam, use it directly to cook the soup more freshly)
