I love curry very much. Chicken breast is a high-protein, low-fat meat. I am full of happiness without eating meat.
Slice the mushrooms and set aside. Remove the fascia from the chicken breast, knead the minced meat, cut the celery into the end (because celery is my favorite, don't like it, don't add it), one egg, add a little corn kernel according to your preference.
Add a little salt, pepper, mix well, add appropriate amount of flour to help shape, stir with chopsticks in one direction for a while, work hard
Heat the pan, pour a little oil, hand to damp the water, put the right amount of minced meat in the hands and left and right hands and beat it several times, press it slightly into a cake (wet hands will not stick to the minced meat), fry in the pan
Cook over medium heat until one side is formed, turn over and continue to fry
After frying on both sides, add a small amount of water, cover the lid and cook for six minutes.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan, stir fry the mushrooms for a while, pour in the right amount of milk, (you can add a small amount of green beans in this step, as you like)
Add a small half of the curry block and let it melt on the chicken fort. (The curry block itself has a taste, no need to add salt)
