Very delicious and simple dish, especially the fresh crabs in New Zealand are still very rare, and there are not so many crabs. The bibimbap is super superb~! Everyone has to do it! :)
The egg yolk protein is placed in two bowls. Add a little water, add a little salt to the protein and stir well.
The fish is cut into small pieces and the shrimp is shredded by hand. (If you put more, you can use the microwave oven first)

Heat the oil in the pan to a small heat, add a third of the ginger, add the protein, and gently simmer with a shovel. Plate loading
Wash the hot oil in the pot, add the egg yolk, the remaining ginger, a little salt and vinegar, and gently shovel with a shovel
Put the plate on top of the protein. And the crab tastes like it! Mixed rice is superb
