Cut, garlic, millet pepper, onion and chopped
Cut the oily wheat into a section of water, remove the cold and dry water
Put the chopped millet pepper, garlic and onion on the oily wheat dish, heat the oil to the millet pepper and pour on the garlic.
Add salt, chicken, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and you're done.
