  1. Kidney beans are washed and cut into pieces; ginger is small, peeled and chopped; red pepper is cut into small circles, red pepper is placed for beautiful color, not required

  2. Boil a pot of water, add a little oil and salt, put in the kidney beans, boil again, boil for 2 minutes on the fire, pick up the cold water and shower

  3. Mix together with kidney beans, ginger and pepper, and add salt and sesame oil.

Tips:

Although everyone said that mixing cold vegetables with olive oil is healthier, I prefer to use sesame oil. This taste can't be replaced.
