Simple and refreshing
Kidney beans are washed and cut into pieces; ginger is small, peeled and chopped; red pepper is cut into small circles, red pepper is placed for beautiful color, not required
Boil a pot of water, add a little oil and salt, put in the kidney beans, boil again, boil for 2 minutes on the fire, pick up the cold water and shower
Mix together with kidney beans, ginger and pepper, and add salt and sesame oil.
Although everyone said that mixing cold vegetables with olive oil is healthier, I prefer to use sesame oil. This taste can't be replaced.
