It’s not bitter at all, and it’s very crisp~
Wash the bitter gourd, cut it in half (to remove the white peony on the wall of bitter gourd as much as possible, and effectively reduce the bitterness), and then cut into small filaments as shown above;
Marinate for 15 minutes, you will see the bitter gourd effluent, pour off the water, rinse and drain;
Boil the water in the pot, put a little salt, a little oil, and put in bitter gourd, about 2-3 minutes; (time control is good, don't be too long, otherwise it will not look good or crisp)
Remove too cold water and drain;
Add sesame oil, salt, chicken essence and mix well.
