This is for two people~
Bitter chrysanthemum is washed first with water, then salted for 15 to 20 minutes to remove excess pesticides.
Control the dry water, tear / cut the bitter chrysanthemum into small flowers
Add salt to kill water (about 5min)
Ginger and garlic cut into small
Take a small bowl, 3 scoops (meal spoon) white vinegar + 2 scoops of white sugar
Put ginger and garlic diced in and mix well (previously put salt and water, then no longer put it)
Mix the sauce and bitter chrysanthemum and eat it~
