Very simple and refreshing side dish.
The yuba bubble is cut into sections, and the celery is washed and cut.
Add water to the pot and boil, and simmer into yuba and celery. Then remove and drain.
Place the yuba and celery segments in the dish, add salt and sesame oil, and mix well.
When you are drowning, separate them. Do not use the same pot of water. The yuba should be cooked. If the celery is slightly hot, it will be removed immediately. Otherwise, the color and taste will not be good.
