Searched on the website, the existing shredded chicken recipes are mostly made of oil-salted salt and vinegar. In fact, most of the shredded chickens sold in our supermarkets in Guangdong are not ordinary salt. Shredded chicken is one of my favorite dishes. People can't eat it in their hometown and study it themselves. I have done it many times before and after. One of the secrets is to use the salted chicken powder sold outside.



  1. Prepare a light chicken. Wash the chicken, sauté the sesame oil and half a bag of salted chicken powder, thoroughly spread and marinate for 20 minutes or more.

  2. Ginger slices, cut onions, sprinkle on light chicken, steam for ten to fifteen minutes. Depending on the size of the chicken, you can insert the chopsticks into the thigh of the chicken to determine if it is cooked.

  3. Let the chicken cool and then tear it into strips by hand. It is not recommended to use a knife to cut, because the texture of the chicken is the best along the hand.

  4. Stir the remaining half bag of salted chicken powder with warm or cold water and add a small amount of sesame oil.

  5. Put the oil in the hot pot, crush the peanuts with the knives, put them into the pot and saute them. If you use dried peppers, you can also put them in the pot and saute them at the moment.

  6. Put the salted chicken, peanuts, peppers, white sesame seeds, and chopped parsley in the chicken and mix well.
