Notes:

This is a detoxified soy milk, the taste is a bit similar to rice paste, I personally like it. From the "healthy drink than water" P139 this soy milk is suitable for people with habitual constipation. People with sensitive intestinal tract should not drink too much to avoid flatulence, stomach pain or diarrhea.

Steps:

  1. Wash the soybeans, soak them in water for 10-12 hours, then remove them for later use. The brown rice is washed clean and soaked in water for 2 hours (I didn't soak, I still go in)

  2. Throw soybeans, brown rice and oats into the soya-bean milk machine, waterproof, start, wait to drink~

  3. Can be filtered or not filtered to see personal preferences. I like to drink sweet children's shoes and put sugar on my own ~ o(* ̄▽ ̄*)o
