Cut the pork belly into small pieces or slices, add a little base oil to the pot to prevent sticking. stir fry. Wash the potatoes and peel them into cubes.
Stir fry until the color changes. Add wine, soy sauce, seasoning, onion, garlic, ginger, water, simmer.
After the pot, add the potato pieces. Add the appropriate amount of salt until stewed.
Rice is clean and discharged in a rice cooker. Stew until the cooked potatoes and braised pork, and even the soup, pour into the rice cooker. If you have less soup, add water. The amount of water is referred to ordinary rice.
Start the rice cooker, about half an hour later, the savory braised pork risotto is just fine.
The meat I used was cut from dumplings. It is best to use pork belly.
