Kale is a favorite vegetable in my family. Although slightly bitter, its crisp taste has always been a favorite of the family. This "burning kale" is a frequent visitor to the table due to its simple operation. The cool kale, with the savory taste of oyster sauce, is just right, healthy and refreshing~



  1. The kale takes off the old leaves and uses a paring knife to cut off the old skin about 1 inch from the root. After soaking in water for 10 minutes, rinse again with water and cut into long sections with a knife.

  2. Cook a small pot of boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salad oil. After the water is rolled, place it in the kale section and simmer for 1 minute. Immediately after the time has passed, remove the kale section and put it into ice water, and quickly cool down. Then take out the cool kale section and drain the water and load it directly.

  3. Steamed fish oyster sauce 1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons water + 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil + 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, mix well and pour over the prepared kale.


After the kale is hot, it must be put into ice water or cold water immediately to ensure rapid cooling, to preserve the crisp taste and green color of the kale~
