Basically, there is no resistance to the sauce red meat. Just think of the salty and slightly sweet barbecue, you can think of the next two bowls of rice! Super convenient oven lazy recipe, no more than twenty minutes before and after preparation (excluding bacon and baking time): 3
Cleaned pork ribs (or 1cm pork slabs), cut a few knives on both sides
Apply oil to the baking tray
Black pepper, sea salt, basil and rosemary are ground in a mortar
Drain the pig into the baking pan and add oil. Use a brush to evenly spread the mixture of the third step on both sides (no problem with the sprinkling!). Soak the soy sauce, wine, barbecue sauce and honey on the processed pork chops.
Marinate for 2 hours (may also help for longer)
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the baking tray for 20 minutes (depending on the oven)
I use the HP barbecue sauce, but I can also use other honey sauce or a barbecue sauce that I like. If you don't like the sweet taste, you don't need to put honey. With mortar, salt and pepper are bigger. I personally like the taste and taste, but I can also use salt/pepper/black pepper. I personally think that different ovens are actually slightly different... my oven is baked for 20 minutes but not so old; if you like it, you can check it with chopsticks while roasting: 3
