Home Cooking Recipe: Almond biscuits

Notes:

Popular desserts in the office The mini breadsticks brought last time were very popular in our office. In the past two days, my colleagues have come to me to "buy". Today's almond biscuits were unexpectedly welcomed in the office. I brought a big bag and I didn't eat it yet. I was divided by my dear colleagues. Afternoon tea on the weekend, come on a piece, is it also very comfortable?

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Powdered sugar, low-gluten flour previously sieved

  2. The butter is softened to room temperature, cut into small pieces, and sent to the fluffy white with the sieved powdered sugar.

  3. Add the whole whole egg liquid to the sent butter mixture in portions, continue mixing and mix well.

  4. Add almond powder and low-gluten flour together in 3, mix with a squeegee until there is no dry powder, and put the mixed dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

  5. After the loose dough is taken out, it is placed on a panel with a dry powder and flattened with a rolling pin to form a dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, use the biscuit mold to press the favorite shape on the dough, and put it into the baking tray; into the middle layer of the oven, bake for 12 minutes.

Tips:

My prescription is the amount of 2-3 plates. If you can't eat as much, it is better to reduce the material composition proportionally.
