Soak the soy beans that need to be soaked in water until the beans grow a small germ (about a day). It is necessary to change the water several times during the bubble process.
Remove the soaked soy beans and lay them in a clean, oil-free flat drip basket. Put a water basin under the basket, the amount of water is just before the bottom of the soybeans. Take a piece of clean gauze, wet it and dry it, then cover it on the beans. A visor (optional) can be placed on top. Keep it in a warm place (I put it under the heater).
