(Cause: acid-base neutralization) You can also bake on the fire, repeatedly flipping the palm of your hand and letting your hands get hot. This can decompose the saponin which penetrates into the hand. Or prepare in advance, you can bake the yam on fire first; 3. These ingredients are not suitable for long-term cooking.
