100% whole-grain bread, the ingredients are relatively low in energy and suitable for sandwiches and cheese jams. This amount is suitable for a 450g toast box + a mini pound cake mold



  1. All materials are placed in the bread machine, two dough programs

  2. Fermentation for 1 hour

  3. Stir, sleek and round, divide into three 150g dough and make toast. The remaining dough is free to shape, I made a mini toast (mini pound cake mold). Allow to stand for 15 minutes to relax

  4. Shaping into the mold, double fermentation to twice the size

  5. Lower middle layer of the oven, 180 degrees 20 minutes
