In the restaurant, every time you finish the roast ribs, you wait and see.   1. Wash the ribs, use a knife to gently cut a knife between the bones of the ribs, do not cut, apply a thick barbecue sauce, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit), drain the ribs on the grilling net, and place a baking tray underneath.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn over and continue to bake for 15 minutes.


If you feel that it is not convenient to eat, you can cut the ribs and root them together; or bake them. I prefer the whole piece of the table in the picture, which is more appetizing.
