Put the mixed tofu on the spoon and steam it again. The purpose of steaming is to shape! So it won't take long for a while and it will be fine~
After cooling, cut it in half and wrap it in the filling.
Seal with egg liquid to avoid the outflow of the stuffing. Boil the oil at 160~170 degrees and then pour it into the pan.
