Tips:

1. Different brands of gelatine tablets may have different weights. If your gelatin tablets only have 2.5-3 grams per tablet, you need to use 3-4 tablets to ensure the cheese paste is solidified. The gelatin tablets need to be soaked in water before soaking, and the dried water is dissolved again. When dissolving the gelatin tablets in water, the temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will affect the coagulation effect of the gelatin tablets. 2. If you don't want to cook espresso yourself, you can use 1/2 tablespoon of pure instant coffee powder instead of 40ML hot water. The taste of espresso is very strong, and friends who are not used to espresso can be diluted properly. 3.
