  1. Squid slices, potatoes, carrots, and onions are cut into cubes.

  2. Marinate salmon and other meat ingredients with salt, soy sauce and ginger for 10 minutes.

Tips:

Meat can be chosen by itself. Generally speaking, the taste of fish is quite delicious. Chicken wings, beef and mutton, and bullfrog are also good choices. You can refer to Huang Jihuang menu... Start with a small fire, but occasionally flip it, do not add water during the process. If you see a paste on the bottom of the pot, add a small amount of water.
