Wash ginger, garlic, shallots, green peppers, red peppers, and cut into pieces. Wash the duck tongue, remove it in hot water for two minutes, marinate with minced garlic, ginger and a little soy sauce, cooking wine for half an hour.
Put the oil in the pan and heat it. Add ginger, garlic, and shallots to make the aroma. Add the duck tongue and stir fry.
Add green pepper, red pepper, stir fry for a while, add a small cup of soy sauce, a small cup of rice wine and a small cup of sesame oil, cover the fire.
Finally put into the nine-story tower, stir fry, add the right amount of salt, out of the pot.
