Unlike traditional Japanese milk stews, Master's stew is thick and full of milk, with the sweetness and freshness of the vegetables themselves, and is served on the crispy and chewy bread. Don't come down (⸝⸝˃̶͈ ૢ ૢ˂̶͈⸝⸝)♡. Fang Zi is for two people.
Cut the whole onion and a mushroom into thin diced. The other three mushrooms were cut into a one-centimeter thick piece. Carrots and potato hobs are cut into pieces, and carrots are cooked slower than potatoes so they are cut slightly smaller than potatoes. The broccoli cut a knife from the root and then opened it by hand. Cut the salmon into the same size as the previous potatoes and then wash the chopping board and the knife.
Add a small amount of oil to the pan, and fry the salmon to a state of some coke in the middle and high heat, as long as the coloring is not completely cooked. Take it out after frying and wash the pot a little.
Add a little oil, stir fry the onion to a slightly yellowish transparent, and the process takes about three minutes.
Add potatoes, carrots and mushrooms to stir fry for a minute and then add cold water to the ingredients. (Because the water adds more stew, it is not rich.) Cover the fire and boil it, then turn to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes until the potatoes can be poked with chopsticks and add the fried salmon.
When cooking boiled potatoes, make white sauce. Take another pot, add the butter to the small heat, then pour the mushrooms into pieces and stir until the smell of the mushrooms comes out. Add two tablespoons of flour and continue to stir on a low heat until the dough is solid. (This step must be fried flour, otherwise there will be the taste of raw flour) is still a small fire, milk is added in several times until it becomes the state of Figure 3, the fluidity is very small and viscous. Leave it aside.
Take a few spoonfuls of boiled vegetables and dilute it in white sauce, then pour all the white sauce into the soup and gently flip it with a spatula to blend the two together. Add broccoli to the medium heat and slowly turn it over for 2-3 minutes to make the soup thicker and cook the broccoli. When the broth becomes slightly thicker than the Japanese curry, add salt and a lot of black pepper and mix well.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with the toasted bread.
1. If the white sauce and the soup are mixed and not flipped, it is easy to paste the pot. If you turn it hard, it will break the fish. If you don't mind washing a kitchen utensil, it is recommended to use a heat-resistant scraper. 2. The same method can also be used to mix seafood and chicken. Red meat is not recommended because the meat is heavy and the milk is not too good.
