Suitable for summer, low alcohol drinks. When I go to Spain, I basically sell every restaurant. When the weather is hot, I want to have a drink. There are many variations of Sangria, different bases (red, white, pink wine), different fruits, different sweetness, different alcohol levels (how much of spirits are added) can be changed in many versions. Here is a basic formula that can be varied based on this recipe.
Citrus fruit A juice, citrus fruit B slice, other fruit cuts. Soda water is refrigerated.
Fruit, sugar in red wine. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate overnight.
Take it out the next day, add the spirit, stir the soda water evenly. Put it in the right amount of ice.
