When I came back to Thailand, I fell in love with Thai food. Besides some specialties, I found that many dishes are essential Thai sweet and spicy sauce. When I came back, I began to ponder, and I also read some online recipes, and then I summed up a relatively simple recipe~
Put the peppers and garlic in a small pot, which is about three times the volume of pepper and garlic. Open the fire and boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
The oyster sauce was prepared. Since I added more water, I poured out the water directly from the pot. Only a little water was left in the pot, and the water was boiled with chili. Add the right amount of cornstarch, two spoonfuls of fish sauce, and the right amount of sugar.
Leave a little water in the pot, pour the peppers and garlic
Pour in the tartar sauce and ketchup, mix well and cook slightly, ok!
This little lazy does not like too sour and forget to buy lemon so it is not added, but the taste is not bad~ If you like to eat sour, don't forget it! There is also the reason that may be the purchase of chili, really hot! So if you are afraid of spicy, you can reduce the amount of peppers in moderation~
