I bought this dish in a Southeast Asian restaurant during the Chinese New Year. After that, I remembered it. I found several similar recipes in the kitchen. I synthesized and improved it. ^_^ I have done it 3 or 4 times so far, except for one lemon juice. In addition, it is popular with colleagues, so it’s shameless to be here (○'ω'○)
The pork is minced into minced meat, and the onions are chopped and mixed as much as possible, and the wine (or Erguotou) is marinated for a while. Here you can add a small amount of spices and marinade.
Lettuce washed and sliced into pieces for use
Chop the peppers, simmer with the garlic and add the other half of the chopped onions. This part of the onion can be slightly less broken, and the pot is easy to boil.
Add minced meat and stir fry, add fish sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce and other seasonings. Add spices when you are ripe, squeeze into lemon juice, and quickly turn off the pan when you smell the fragrance.
Let's pack the lettuce and eat! !
1. In the minced meat, you can add the mashed vegetables such as horseshoe chops or carrots, which will make you taste more rich and balanced. 2. Spices can be made with fresh mint leaves or thyme + rosemary (a European spice pack I bought) or any fragrance you can find. 3. If you use fresh spices (such as mint leaves), the amount is better. The mashed part is used to marinate the meat. When it is put in the pot, it is placed together with the lemon juice. When the scent comes out, the pot is turned off and the cooking is long. The fragrance is gone.
