I read a travel note that recorded the experience of eating a thousand-layer cake at the famous cake shop in Malacca when playing in Malaysia. The name of the cake shop is Nadeje. It is a shop opened by a Japanese cake maker. The signature cake inside is a layer cake. It is said that there are many flavors and it is a good taste.  Chocolate-flavored layer cake, do you hold it?



  1. Place 1/4 cup of water in a small pan and boil over medium to high heat. Add the butter, stir well, remove from the fire, add the chocolate, stir until completely melted.

  2. Flour, sugar, and salt are placed in a medium-sized bowl. Mix the milk, egg and vanilla in another bowl to form a milk mixture. The milk mixture is gradually added to the flour mixture (flour and salt, sugar) and stirred until smooth. Add the chocolate solution and mix until smooth. Filter through a fine sieve into a container and refrigerate the plastic wrap for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Rub the butter in an 8-inch frying pan, pour about 3 tablespoons batter, and rotate to spread the bottom. I used a small fire, 2 tablespoons of batter to fry a 6-inch cake, about 4 minutes, the cake began to bulge in the middle, the edge dried and then turned over, can be fried for a minute.

  4. Slide to a plate. If you don't decorate the cake at the time, it's best to sandwich the baking paper in the middle of the cake to prevent sticking. I probably fried about 28 crepes. Failed, or suffered a lot of damage.

  5. Put a layer of crepe on a grid and stuff it with a layer of cream. After stacking, freeze the refrigerator until it is stable for about 15 minutes.

  6. The surface of the cake is drizzled with chocolate and chilled for about 20 minutes until the surface solidifies, decorating the hazelnut needle.

  7. Cream Sandwich: Spread the whipped cream to 7 to dispense, that is, too large to flow, add caramel sauce, and mix well.


The size of the cake is 6 inches. The recipe for chocolate noodles can be just one. (The key point is that I will not use the classified materials here, and a lot of materials are mixed together and I don’t know clearly...)
