A while ago, I went to the picnic and dragged Ji with Oolong tea edamame. I like it very much. The tea is delicious with the edamame. It is a great summer dish & snack. I tried green tea today, which is different from the fragrant oolong flavor. Fresh and bitter, but not bad. Because I basically don't drink green tea, I use the hoarded tea in my home to cook, with ginger, chili, star anise and other hot spices to solve the coldness of green tea.
The edamame is fried at both ends, and the sharp one is fried for 0.5 cm. The round one is cut off a little, which makes it easy to taste. Wash the edamame with salt, so that you can remove too much hair from the surface, and wash the peaches with a reason~
Put enough water in the pot that you can't just have edamame, don't put too much water, then put all the spices except salt, boil
Then put the salt and the processed edamame for four or five minutes, and cook over medium heat. The fire is too large and the edamame is easy to spread. Then close the lid and cool it to room temperature, then put the soup in the container and put it into the refrigerator to refrigerate it. The refrigerating time is adjusted according to your own situation. Of course, the longer the soaking time, the more the taste is. If you want to eat it immediately, you can extend the time of cooking the edamame and add more salt.
Different foods are suitable for different teas. For example, dried tea is very suitable for use with Pu'er tea. If you use green tea, it will taste bad. Edamame is definitely not suitable for use with Pu'er tea, but for the light green tea and the fragrant Tieguanyin and so on. Don't have too much water, the taste of the water seasoning is light, or the students with a little taste will simply increase the amount of salt. Besides, when tea is added to the dish, the tea taste is usually very light and light, but different teas and vegetables are used to achieve different effects.
