I made the taro into a silk to make a taro cake, a steamed bread, and I like it by my family.
(1.) peel the taro and rub it into silk
Add sticky rice flour, salt, allspice, chicken, mix well and add water 20g
Divide into two parts, use a hand to grow a strip, put a little oil on the steamer, put it in a steamer
Cold water pot boiled in water and steamed for 25 minutes
Finished product, cold cut into pieces
Use an air fryer at 165 degrees for 8 minutes, or fry in a non-stick pan, golden
(2.) 1 peel the taro into a silk. 2. Cut the pork into small pieces (add soy sauce, sugar, pepper and mix evenly, each with a small amount). 3. The mushrooms are soaked in advance and cut into small pieces for use. 4. Put the taro, pork, and mushroom into a pot, add the appropriate amount of seasoning salt, chicken, pepper, and tapioca powder. Mix well (the tapioca powder is not too much because the taro is sticky) 5. The steamer is smeared Put some oil, squeeze it into small pieces by hand, place it well, and steam it in a cold water pot for 12 minutes.
Shrimp, mushrooms, bacon or sausage, stir-fry add to make taro cake, it is very delicious
