Home Cooking Recipe: Taro herb

Notes:

Both the round and the burning grass are famous snacks in Taiwan. The round sweet and sweet Q is soft and the grass is soft and tender. The combination of the two is definitely a summer sacred product, as well as the effect of clearing away heat and detoxification. I personally like to round out (because I eat QQ bombs), I always want to eat a bowl of rich round desserts at home. So I searched everywhere and found it on Magnum, but I was not willing to start with the cost of shipping too high. Some time ago, I saw that the original Yuanyuan could also DIY myself, and I bought the materials directly and started doing it. (This time I made a round of 4 flavors, the best taste is the steamed bread.)

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Home Cooking Recipe: Figure 1 After the sweet potato and purple potato are steamed, they are put into the mud for use.rrFigure 2 After the pumpkin is peeled and steamed, it is put into the mud for use.rrFigure 3 Steamed and peeled taro, mashed into mud for use.

  2. Home Cooking Recipe: Figure 1 Add the appropriate amount of sugar to the mud in 4 and mix well, then put the appropriate amount of tapioca powder. (The ratio of powder is: 1/1.5, the more powder, the more Q)rr Figure 2 搓揉 团 团, do not stick to the hand.rr Figure 3 Finally, the strips are cut into pieces, and the small pieces are sprinkled with too white powder. (to avoid sticking)rr Boil a pot of water, put the round into boiling water and cook until it floats. Remove the cold water and set aside. Do not cook for 4-5 minutes. (I will put more refrigerators in the refrigerator and eat them when they are cooked.)

Be sure to dissolve completely.rrFigure 2 Pour the paste into 1 liter of boiling water, stir constantly, boil over low heat. Allow to eat after coolingrr (It tastes better when it is refrigerated for 3 hours. I use 1 liter of water to compare the taste of the grass with the sensation. If you like to eat soft, you can add more water.)rrFigure 3 Red beans, peanuts, lotus seeds, lily and rock sugar boil a pot of sugar water, refrigerated for use.rrThe refrigerated grass is cut into small pieces and placed on top, with red beans, peanuts, lotus seeds, lilies and boiled scallions topped with sugar and honey.
