Cut the pumpkin into chunks, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper, add some olive oil, marinate the pumpkin pieces for 15 minutes, then put them in the Taji pot. Put a little water to just wet the pumpkin.
After the fire on the top of the lid of the Taji pot hat, start the steaming, turn the small fire for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat, then serve the bowl after 3 minutes.
The pumpkin is very soft and sweet, and the aftertaste is a bit peppery.
