Small, simple steps that take time!
Dissolve the yellow flakes with 500g of water, add 50g of sweet-scented osmanthus sugar and mix well, wait for cool and set aside.
Mix 200g of coconut milk and 240g of milk, pour in 90g horseshoe powder and stir until there is no grain.
Mix another 110g of horseshoe powder with the cold sugar water, but also without the grain.
Steaming starts with water, one layer after another, each layer is about 4-6 minutes. After fixing, add another layer and repeat the action until steaming for 10 minutes after finishing the last layer. (If you steam into the sugar water layer, drain the water and add the coconut milk layer.)
