Checked a few squares, probably divided into two kinds, one is drying, it takes 3-4 days to produce finished products. The other is a microwave oven version, which is simple and convenient. I have done a lot this time. I feel that the microwave oven is too time-consuming and labor-intensive. At the same time, I used the oven to do it. I didn't expect the effect to be much better than the microwave oven version. This recipe is two ways. The microwave oven features a crispy outer layer. The oven version has the same taste inside and outside, and it is more chewy than the microwave oven version.



  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and steam for 20-30 minutes in the steamer. The chopsticks can be easily penetrated.

  2. After the cool, the skin is peeled and cut, about 1-2cm.

  3. Tile on the plate and let it air dry for one night. Or exposure for 7-8 hours in the sun.

  4. There are two ways to do this. In the microwave oven version, the sweet potato strips are spread on a plate and fired for 2 minutes. After being taken out, the surface is turned over and fired for 2 minutes. Then let it cool in the sun and ventilate for 3-4 hours.

  5. Oven version: After preheating the oven insulation file, put it in sweet potato strips for 1 hour, then change to 200F (100 degrees) and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and place in a sunny place for 3-4 hours.


1, microwave oven version, depending on the sweet potato moisture and the taste of your own requirements, increase the number of microwaves, my two back surface is already very dry. 2, the oven version, the oven is not as dry as the microwave skin, closer to the taste of the take-out, because the oven is slightly different, when the first baking, it is best to open the view midway, adjust the temperature and time. 3, the sweet potato strips are large, the longer the production time, but the minimum can not be less than 1cm, the sweet potato strips after production will be about half of the original size. 4, the sweet potato strips are kept in a sealed bag, and the next day, the taste will be more tenacious.
