Seasonal vegetables ~ vegetable peppers, is an appetizing home-cooked dish, and the taste of sugar and vinegar is doubled when cooking! It is also one of my favorite vegetables, bought almost every other day. The thick color of the pepper is not green. (Our family is not very spicy) Hahaha! Long story short is still with me to see what materials need to be prepared ~ ????
Prepare long peppers.
Remove the stalk and wash and drain the water.
From the oil pan, boil the hot wok and pour 25 grams of cooking oil into the medium heat.
Use a shovel to flatten the peppers one by one, as shown. It can also be flattened by hand before the pot is placed, in order to add flavor when cooking.
Stir fry for a while until the two sides look like a tiger skin, as shown.
Add a small spoon of white sugar, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 2 grams of salt, the amount is a small spoon on the picture. Stir fry evenly and turn off the fire. ✌️

Seasoning should be placed in the order. After washing the pepper, be sure to drain the water.
