This is a dish in our school cafeteria. It was also the first time I had eaten this dish. like very much. So I taught myself at home.
Cut the fritters into small pieces.
Put in a frying pan and fry. (I don't think so much oil, as long as it can be broken)
Juice, 2 tablespoons soda, 3 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons vinegar, 5 tablespoons hot water. (It is better to use hot water here to melt the sugar)
Put the fried fritters in the pot that just has some base oil left and add the prepared juice. Then add the thickened water. It is enough to add a proper amount of raw water with cold water.
Out of the pot.
