Wash the leek, cut the onion and garlic, and prepare the tomato sauce.
Put a little oil in the pot and add the onion and garlic slices to stir the aroma.
Stir in minced meat (I use the remaining bacon meat in the pizza), until the oil in the minced meat is all fried.
Add the right amount of tomato sauce and stir-fry the red oil.
Stir in the eggplant (add some water as appropriate), add salt, sugar, and fry until the eggplant is soft.
Finally, sprinkle with leeks, stir in chicken and stir well.
