  1. Wash and dry the cabbage and tear it into pieces.

  2. Put oil in the pot and heat it.

  3. Pour in the cabbage and stir-fry.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and continue to stir fry.

  5. Pour in the right amount of water to open a small fire, stuffy until the cabbage becomes soft.

  6. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste and adjust to the fire.

Tips:

1. Because I don't like cabbage stalks, I only take off the leaves, so that the cabbage is particularly easy to be super soft. If you add the stalks, it will take a little longer. 2. I have added a lot of white pepper, so that the cabbage is spicy and refreshing.
