This is one of my favorite dishes. I was taught to me by my grandmother today and we will finish it together. (mainly I am) I hope everyone likes you.
You can cut a large apricot mushroom in half, and then tear the whole strip of the finger like my grandmother.
Boil water, simmer.
Until the white foam, remove the oyster mushrooms.
Drain the water, cook a little oil under the pan, oyster mushrooms, stir-fry
Press out the water, (listen to the sound of a plastic bubble like a foot, pretty fun ????)
Until this half golden yellow is good
Put the oil in the pot with normal cooking and do not fire.
Under the pepper, open a small fire, remove it when there is aroma. (You can also not fish, if you like it)
Dry the pepper until the color is black.
Under the oyster mushroom, onion, minced garlic, stir fry.
Add all seasonings
Stir-fry until evenly
Out of the pot, plated, sprinkled with white sesame
