Large pieces of cake are placed on a stainless steel basin to make it slip naturally
White Chocolate Mousse: White chocolate and light cream dissolve in water, add soft gelatin tablets and mix well. Light cream to 6 minutes, mixed with chocolate solution into mousse
Pour white chocolate mousse into 1 and sprinkle with a proper amount of strawberry granules.
Strawberry mousse layer: Strawberries are cut into large pieces, the surface is sprinkled with granulated sugar, and the plastic wrap is placed in a microwave oven for 2 minutes, then the strawberry is pasted into a paste, and the soft gelatin tablets are added and mixed. Lightly whipped cream to 80%, mixed with strawberry solution into strawberry mousse
3 Take out, pour in the strawberry mousse, cover the small cake piece, and put it in the refrigerator.
After the mousse solution has solidified (about 4 hours), remove the cake and buckle it in the pan. The cake will naturally come out of the stainless steel pot.
The gelatin tablets are soaked in soft, add a spoonful of hot water to dissolve them, pour into the light cream and mix well, put in the refrigerator for a few minutes, then send to 8 minutes, wipe the noodles
The remaining whipped cream continues to be sent to 9 points, decorated with flowers
