In the rice cooker or casserole, put all the food ingredients and add boiling water. Add 15ML cooking wine, plus 45ML soy sauce, if you want to have a deep color, you can add 15ML soy sauce. If you want to use ordinary soy sauce instead of soy sauce and soy sauce, you can use 30ML to refuel.
Cook the rice cooker for 1 hour. If you use a casserole, it is probably a small fire for 1 and a half hours.
Ordinary rice cooker, if the sealing is not very good, it should be one and a half hours. Pay attention to care and be careful.
After roasting, remove and dry until the surface is slightly dry, you can slice and serve.
