This dish is a very healthy Henan steamed dish with less nutrient loss. Potatoes, carrots, sweet potato leaves, celery leaves, and money can be steamed.
Peel the potatoes and rub the silk.
Soak the potatoes in water for a few minutes and wash off your starch. Rinse the water and rinse it with a dry cloth or kitchen paper.
Then pour a little cooking oil and mix well.
Add flour and let each potato wire stick to the flour.
Steamer first boiled in a pot of boiling water
Put the mixed potato wire into the steamer, don't be too thick, and steam on the pan after the water is opened. Depending on the amount and thickness of the ingredients, it can be steamed for about 5 minutes.
Remove the steamed potatoes and let them cool, pour them into the pots, and then shake them with chopsticks.
Mix the garlic, salt and small sesame oil on the potato wire and mix it evenly.
