The steamed potatoes are especially delicious.



  1. Wash the ribs with hot water for use.

  2. Cut the potatoes into pieces. Ginger and garlic slices are ready for use.

  3. Use a large bowl, pour the washed ribs into it, add a little bean paste {depending on a person's taste}, beat an egg white, and then add salt, chicken, MSG, pepper, chopped ginger and garlic. Leave for 15 minutes.

  4. After 15 minutes, pour in the potatoes and stir. After mixing, put in the pressure cooker and steam for 15 minutes.
